The workshop aims to help performers get into a conceptually elusive state of mind that exists only in the present moment by using the body as a tool and the space as a playground.
We are going to experiment with different movement tasks by using imagery, sound and sensory perception. The music will be applied not only to create an atmosphere but to influence the mental and emotional states of the performers as well. Our intent is to facilitate an environment where everyone can connect to themselves as well as to the group by moving with curiosity, excitement, ease and joy.
